Today, Zach Bryan releases his highly anticipated new studio album THE GREAT AMERICAN BAR SCENE. Listen HERE via Warner Records. The double vinyl and CD editions will be released October 11th. Click HERE to pre-order.

The album features 19 tracks, comprising 18 songs and a poem. In addition to previously released tracks “Pink Skies” and “Purple Gas,” the album features collaborations with Bruce Springsteen, John Mayer, and John Moreland.

This is his follow up album to his hugely successful self-titled album, released in 2023, and charted at #2 on Irish Album Charts. Ireland and Australia were the highest charting territories outside of the US for the release. The album has remained in the Irish album charts since release and is now certified Platinum. All album tracks are now multi-platinum selling tracks.

Leading up to the release, Zach selected 21 of his favorite bars across the U.S. and Canada where fans were the first to hear tracks from the album.

Griff has today shared anthemic new single, ‘Anything’, taken from her much-anticipated debut album vertigo (out July 19th on Warner Music). Having been hand-picked to open for Taylor Swift at her upcoming Wembley Stadium residency (June 22nd), Griff has also just been announced to open for Sabrina Carpenter around the US later this year. Griff’s vertigo world tour continues this summer, with intimate in-store events surrounding release recently-added and a London show at the iconic Alexandra Palace set to follow on November 13th.

‘Anything’ explodes the bargaining-phase of a formative relationship, its epic synths and locomotive drums driving home the lesson (unbeknownst to the narrator) that you need only ever be enough for yourself. Dramatic but euphoric, it’s a perfect preview of Griff’s debut album vertigo, which documents the trial-and-error process of growing up but always hinges on knowing yourself first. “Anything’ is about the idea that you would go to any length to make someone care for you, but they don’t realise the power they hold,” Griff comments. “At a young age I think there’s often a bit of imbalance, and I wanted the song to capture the intensity of those young relationships.”

 

Before Griff’s debut album had a name – or its titular first single, even – it had a feeling: vertigo. That pit-of-your-stomach, up-is-down sense that the world is spinning faster than you can keep up with, and your own place in it has never felt less secure. It’s a journey of self-discovery that Griff has taken fans on ever since, building the three volumes of her landmark project in real-time and weaving songs that resonated with the vertigo arc into work that moves through melancholy and fear into healing and joy. A coming-of-age album shaped for complex times, vertigo witnesses Griff scaling new creative heights and – as she joins Taylor and Sabrina on tour – cement her promise as the next-up of UK Pop.

 

With a 360-approach on everything from production, fashion and design to the spiral motif long connecting vertigo in plain sight – right down to her signature hair style – Griff’s debut album turns the tumultuousness of young adulthood into a source of power. Recent single ‘Miss Me Too’ is a euphoric, existential banger about the little-discussed irony of losing confidence as you supposedly grow older and wiser, and was accompanied by a beautifully choreographed video physically exorcizing such emotions. Throughout the record, the BRITs Rising Star winner draws on her sideways origin-story, from her unorthodox Chinese-Jamaican outsider-status growing up to launching an international music career from the confines of her bedroom. That tenacious, no-nonsense talent always wise beyond her years also sounds – crucially – like she is living: free of expectation, and moving through a world in which there is no one way to make your debut album or to be yourself.

Coldplay have today announced the release of their highly-anticipated tenth album, Moon Music. The record will land in stores and on streaming services on October 4, 2024.

The album’s first single, feelslikeimfallinginlove, will be released globally on Friday, June 21. The single can be presaved here. The band performed the song for the first time last night during their sold out stadium show at Budapest’s Puskás Aréna.

Moon Music, which was produced by Max Martin, is available to pre-order everywhere now, with a limited number of hand-signed editions available from the official Coldplay Store, at store.coldplay.com.

NEW FORMATS AND NEW SUSTAINABILITY STANDARDS

In tandem with Coldplay’s ground-breaking sustainability measures on their current tour – which has so far produced 59% less CO2e emissions than their previous stadium tour – the band have gone to great lengths to make the physical release of Moon Music as sustainable as possible.

This will be the world’s first album released as a 140g EcoRecord rPET LP, with each copy containing nine recycled PET-plastic bottles recovered from post-consumer waste. This will prevent the manufacture of more than 25 metric tonnes of virgin plastic, and provide an 85% reduction in manufacturing process CO2 emissions/kg compared to traditional 140g vinyl.

Additionally, the band have collaborated with long-time partners The Ocean Cleanup to create an additional format: the Notebook Edition EcoRecord rPET LP. The rPET for this edition comprises 70% river plastic, intercepted by The Ocean Cleanup from the Rio Las Vacas, Guatemala, and prevented from reaching the Gulf of Honduras and the Atlantic Ocean.

The CD editions of Moon Music will be the world’s first to be released on EcoCD, created from 90% recycled polycarbonate, sourced from post-consumer waste streams. This will provide at least a 78% CO2/kg emission reduction, and avoid the manufacture of more than five metric tonnes of virgin plastic.

LIMITED FIRST EDITION RELEASE

In an effort to reduce waste, the first edition run of Moon Music (both EcoRecord rPET LP and EcoCD) will be strictly limited and produced at a higher specification than any future editions. All First Edition EcoRecord rPET LP products will be individually numbered.

The Notebook Edition also includes additional voice notes and demos from the album’s recording sessions, providing a special insight into the music’s development.

Moon Music is Coldplay’s first album since 2021’s Music Of The Spheres, which spawned the US Number One single with BTS, My Universe, and was nominated for Album of the Year at the Grammy Awards. Music Of The Spheres has already accumulated more than four billion streams.

Written alongside Khris Riddick (SZA, Ariana Grande), Danja (Britney Spears, MIA, Mariah Carey) and Tayla Parx (Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Normani) amongst others, Leigh-Anne’s debut EP ‘No Hard Feelings’ is a captivating exploration of love. Skillfully blending her Bajan and Jamaican roots with contemporary R&B influences, this 5-track EP highlights various chapters of love and relationships featuring recently released ‘Forbidden Fruit’ a sultry reggae-infused song and ‘Stealin’ Love’, a raw heartfelt R&B cut that explores the darker side of love.

Speaking on ‘No Hard Feelings’, Leigh-Anne said: “I created this EP for my fans to feel closer to me and to give everyone a better understanding of the solo artist I want to be. May 24, 2024 – GRAMMY® Award winning duo Twenty One Pilots have released their massively anticipated new album Clancy today via Fueled By Ramen – LISTEN HERE.  To celebrate the release, the duo of Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun joined fans on their YouTube channel last night for a special live stream where they debuted official music videos for every song on Clancy – WATCH HERE.  Twenty One Pilots will celebrate the release of Clancy tonight with a special hometown underplay at Columbus, OH’s Newport Music Hall, and will host a free ‘Fan Premier Exhibit’ in Columbus over the weekend at the Ohio State Bookstore, opening up the vault and showcasing artifacts and memorabilia from their history.

Co-produced by Joseph and Paul Meany, Clancy marks the final chapter in an multi-album and nearly decade long narrative first introduced in the band’s 2015 multi-platinum breakthrough, BLURRYFACE.  The ambitious collection is highlighted by the previously released tracks “The Craving (single version),” “Backslide,” “Next Semester” and “Overcompensate,” the latter of which rocketed up the Alternative Radio chart hitting #1, marking their 11th #1 at the format, and welcoming listeners back to the band’s immersive world of ‘Trench.’

Leading up to Clancy’s release, Twenty One Pilots performed the new songs along with fan favorites across a run of super intimate live performances – which included sold-out shows in New York City, Mexico City, London and Berlin. And hosted listening parties all around the world for fans to hear the album before release, including one in Dublin, at Spindizzy records.

Twenty One Pilots will celebrate the release of Clancy with The Clancy World Tour, their biggest headline tour ever, kicking off with a two-night stand on August 15th and 16th at Denver, CO’s Ball Arena. Multi-Platinum alt-rock trio Wallows release their long awaited third studio album, Model, available now via Atlantic Records HERE. Produced by GRAMMY® Award-winner John Congleton and mostly recorded at the legendary Sunset Sounds, Model includes the new single, “You,” which is joined by an official music video directed by Nina Ljeti (Phoebe Bridgers, Crowded House) – WATCH HERE.

“For this one we wanted to keep it experimental but also create the most concise record we could possibly make,” says Dylan Minnette. In that process, the band stayed true to a highly intuitive and free-flowing approach that Cole Preston describes as “letting the song find itself”—a journey that found them generating nearly three albums’ worth of material by the time they left the studio. “Every time we make an album, it reinforces the idea that you can’t ever fake anything; you’ve got to create what feels the most real and inspiring and fulfilling to you,” says Braeden Lemasters.

Wallows marked today’s arrival of Model with an exclusive live performance this morning as part of the 2024 Citi Concert Series on NBC’s TODAY.  Leading into the album release last night, Wallows performed live from Bowery Ballroom in New York as part of Amazon Music’s City Sessions streamed on Twitch and Prime Video (an archive of the full show will be available at a later date). In addition, the band have spent much of the past week in London for a slate of very special release week record store events, including stripped down live performances, in-store signings, and more. The busy schedule continues into next week with further events scheduled for New York City, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and Long Beach, CA, along with global virtual events.
